How to use
  1. Choose the task and work on it for 25 min without being distracted.
  2. Make a short break, make some tea, you can eat a banana.
  3. Every fourth break, take a longer break, the brain should relax.
That's not required conditions. If you like an academic hour, so you can set 45 minutes for pomodoro, and break for 15 minutes.
